Delete Your Account

1. How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your ArtistNova account, send an email to support@artistnova.app with the following information:

• Your full name
• The email address associated with your account

2. Verification Requirement

Your deletion request must be sent from the same email address that is associated with your ArtistNova account. Requests sent from a different email address cannot be processed. This ensures that only the account owner can request deletion.

3. What Happens After Deletion

Once your account is deleted, the following actions are taken:

• Your account and profile information will be permanently removed
• All generated content associated with your account will be deleted
• Any remaining credits will be forfeited and are non-refundable
• This action is irreversible

4. Processing Time

We aim to process all deletion requests within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
