Refund Policy

1. Used Credits

Credits that have been used to generate content are non-refundable. Each generation consumes credits at the time of request, regardless of whether you are satisfied with the output. We encourage you to start with smaller generations to familiarize yourself with the service before using larger credit amounts.

2. Failed Generations

If a generation fails due to a system error on our end, the credits consumed will be automatically refunded to your account. This includes server errors, model failures, and timeout issues that prevent content from being delivered. You do not need to take any action for failed generation refunds. Credits will be restored within minutes of the failure.

3. Unused Credit Refunds

You may request a refund for unused credits within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, purchased credits are non-refundable. Refund requests are processed to the original payment method and may take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement. To request a refund for unused credits, contact us at support@artistnova.app with your account email and transaction details.

4. Credit Expiration

Purchased credits do not expire as long as your account remains active and in good standing. Promotional or bonus credits may have expiration dates, which will be clearly communicated at the time they are granted.

5. Account Termination

If your account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service or Content Policy, all remaining credits are forfeited and no refund will be issued. If you voluntarily delete your account, you may request a refund for unused credits purchased within the preceding 7 days before deletion.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at support@artistnova.app with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Transaction ID or receipt (if available)
  • Reason for the refund request

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider instead of contacting us directly, your account may be suspended pending investigation. We encourage you to reach out to our support team first, as we can typically resolve issues faster than the chargeback process. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be communicated via the app or email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised. Continued use of ArtistNova after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
