1. Service Description

ArtistNova is an AI-powered creative platform that enables users to generate images and videos from text prompts, as well as transform existing images into video content. Our services include text-to-image generation, text-to-video generation, and image-to-video generation, all powered by state-of-the-art AI models.

2. Accounts

You must create an account to use ArtistNova. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your account information current.

3. Credits

ArtistNova operates on a credit-based system. Credits are required to generate content and are consumed each time you initiate a generation. Different generation types may consume different amounts of credits. Credits are non-transferable between accounts. Purchased credits do not expire unless your account is terminated. Credit costs for each generation type are displayed before you confirm a generation.

4. Content Policy

You agree not to use ArtistNova to generate content that:

  • Depicts real individuals without their explicit consent
  • Contains sexually explicit or pornographic material
  • Promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Is intended to deceive, defraud, or mislead others
  • Violates any applicable laws or regulations
  • Generates content that could be used for deepfakes or impersonation

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these policies without prior notice. Repeated violations will result in permanent account termination.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of prompts you submit and content you generate using ArtistNova, subject to applicable AI-generated content laws in your jurisdiction. You grant ArtistNova a limited license to process your prompts and generated content as necessary to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your generated content. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models
  • Use automated systems or bots to access the service beyond provided APIs
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the service without authorization
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
  • Circumvent any rate limits, usage restrictions, or content filters
  • Share account credentials with third parties

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. ArtistNova may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance in advance. Generation times and quality may vary based on server load and model availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

ArtistNova is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to ArtistNova in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of ArtistNova is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described therein. By using the service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms or our content policy. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Any unused credits will be forfeited upon account termination, except where prohibited by applicable law. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use of ArtistNova after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should discontinue use of the service.
